Our technologically-advanced wash cycle eliminates the need for damaging rewash cycles that damage the integrity of fabrics. We use only top-quality SABS-approved product and
computerised dosage control, and together with our professionally trained staff and non-chlorine based stain removal expertise, our laundry process preserves the fabric quality and colour integrity of our customers garments ensuring that your employees are always well presented and that the image of your company is upheld.
PRISTINE HYGIENE STANDARDS
The elimination of opportunity for cross contamination and recontamination is our priority. We operate in a completely SANS 10146 compliant environment and stringently adhere to the highest HACCP standards – from garment manufacturing, through the laundry cycle, to transport of soiled and laundered garments. Personal hygiene is so essential to Washtub that we also individually package each and every laundered garment in sealed bags to further ensure limiting opportunity for recontamination. We also use UV-Light sanitised vehicles for each and every garment delivery – ensuring that
your employee garments are always fresh, clean and pristine.

TECHNOLOGICALLY-ADVANCED EFFICIENCY
Washtub Workwear Management Solutions makes use of a customised radio-frequency identification technology to automatically identify and track
each customer’s items – through unique serial numbers assigned to each item of clothing – from receiving to dispatch.
Our automated tracking system:
Records the date that the garment is issued and the wearer that it is issued to;
Tracks wash count during garment life-cycle and expected wear & tear (garment aging);
Identifies exactly which items of clothing are received and dispatched from our laundry, so that you can rest assured that:
Garment pieces returned are precisely the items collected – each garment individually bagged and tagged per wearer – thereby accurately
managing garment loss.
Any discrepancies between
